On the Count of Three (2021)

Thought this one was released in 2022 but I was given incorrect information. Oh well, it's ok because it was a pretty good film.

The story focuses on two best friends who have both come to a spot in their lives where they want to commit suicide. We then get a glimpse into their last day together. Saying much more isn't really necessary.

It's definitely a dark film. It's marketed as a dark comedy but the comedy portion is really taking a stretch. I can see how it is a little satirical but the focus is on the impending suicide pact between these two. I liked it to a gender-swapped Thelma and Louise but darker.

It was well acted and written. While it might not have won any awards, it was worth seeing. I'll give it a recommendation but if you are squeamish about suicide, this one isn't for you.
