This one was a nice little documentary. I had been meaning to watch it for awhile but just hadn't gotten around to it. I saw it was new to Netflix so I decided to dive in.
This one gives a good synopsis to the one and only, Mr. Rogers. I was fortunate enough to have some episode of his show in my childhood so it was a little like reliving my childhood in a way.
The story tells of how Mr. Rogers' Neighborhood got started, maintained, and grew over the years. It also shows how Mr. Rogers was, at least partially, responsible for saving PBS back when President Nixon wanted to cut funding.
It's heartwarming. It tells a nice story. I love the origin of 1-4-3.
Yes, I would recommend it, especially if you grew up with any Mr. Rogers in your life.
