Season one was strong. It was funny and there was an underlying mystery behind it which kept it interesting. The was a fun relationship between the two main characters, Nathan and Nora. Lisa and I both enjoyed it.
Season two kinda took what were the best parts from season one and kinda threw them out the window. I'm not saying season two was bad but it was very different than the first season and, because of this, it lost much of the charm it had. A lot of this had to do with the temporary lack of any connection between Nathan and Nora. Heck, it felt like Nora's character was put on the back burner when she is the real reason the show is so good.
Season two also tried to continue the mystery but it felt disjointed. I didn't feel vested in the story as much. It felt like they were trying to balance that comedy and mystery but instead it felt like they were split.
Overall season two was still enjoyable and it will be interesting to see where season three takes it. I'll still recommend it but be aware season two just wasn't as strong as the first.
