Today's movie of the day = House on Haunted Hill (1959). There is a colorized version of this but I'm sticking purely with black and white. They did a follow up of this one in 2007 where they return to the house.
Vincent Price started in this one and it's always good to see him on screen. His voice and mustache alone make him a power house if cinema! :)
The film was entertaining. It's part haunted house, part suspense and it all plays together well. If you haven't seen it before there may be an unexpected twist that you may or may not see coming. The haunting of the house had some fun little practical effects.
Yes, I will recommend this one as it's a fun throwback.
