Today's movie of the day = Abbott and Costello Meet The Mummy. I watched this one later in the day. Not the best crossover. The Mummy didn't even really show up until twenty minutes before the end. That and they really didn't try very hard to make a decent Mummy suit. It was a onesie made up to be a really cheap knockoff of the Mummy. That and you could see the zipper and seam at the back of the costume.
There were a couple of funny scenes between Abbott and Costello. One in particular had to do with hiding an amulet so the other one had it.
It is obvious that this was a cash grab. Unlike them meeting Frankenstein where they did put some effort in and had almost all of the original actors, this one fell far from the tree.
It's OK for the few funny jokes but I would avoid this one unless you have an hour or so to waste.
