Today's movie of the day = Rams. This one was released last year. It's another Australian film but I found this one on my own. It stars Sam Neill. The description labels it as a comedy but it's more a drama with a tiny bit of comedy.
The story focuses on a small sheep town in Western Australia where they raise prized sheep. It's also about two brothers who live next to each other on adjacent farms and haven't spoken to each other in forty years.
Something happens along the way which affects the sheep and changes the story a bit. I don't want to give anything away.
It was a solid film. It was well done and the story was interesting. It's not a fast-paced film but it moved right along. The relationship between the two brothers is really a major focus.
Yes, I'd recommend this one and it's streaming on both Hulu and Amazon Prime.
